Today was a beautiful day. The high school students had a walk out today in honor of the latest school shooting. I was so very proud of them. Watching them today made me feel excited for the future of this country. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK STUDENTS. THE JOURNEY HAS JUST BEGUN 😋

I LOVE RIVERSIDE PARK! All of the festivals & events they hold throughout the summer months makes it something easy, fun & local to do with your family. It's close to restaurants & shops which is really nice as well. During the times that there isn't a festival or event, it's a beautiful park to walk, bike, or jog through. I love that it's right downtown but has a way a making you forget that it is :). I find walking by the water to be so tranquil & calming :). It's a great place to do yoga in the summer & fall as well.

Awesome place to find shells off the river bank, feeding the ducks, and enjoying the "Pure Michigan" life.
