Purchased my Camry from here 3 years ago and have dealt with the dealership ever since for service. Always super nice and helpful. They always make sure customer is happy. They follow through with what they say.

I went to Rome Toyota today, because I have a popping going on with my 2017 Rav4 They checked it out and said it was normal. I left and it was still making the popping so turned around went back and asked the guy to ride with me, and listen. He did, and I said THIS IS NORMAL? He said, well I have heard that lots of time, but the best thing you should do is take it back where they done your rotation, I said I thought you could have them fixed at any Toyota while under warranty, he said well you should take it back to them. I drove from Adairsville to Rome to hear that. I caught them in so many lies. I will NEVER go back there for service or to buy!!! Don't trust them at all.

My sales representative Doug Heath was great!!! He was very friendly and helpful. He even came in on his day off to be there when I returned the car after a day long test drive to answer any questions or concerns I might have had. Jeff, the sales manager, was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the car and immediately authorized a few small repairs I had requested. Overall a great experience! Both guys were awesome! :)

This was my first experience buying a brand new car. I could not believe how great the experience was. My salesman, Doug Heath, made it a pleasant experience. He answered all my questions, and took a lot of time with me. I hope he is still around when I purchase another vehicle from Riverside Toyota.

BUYER'S BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!, be sure to make sure that they have the title to the vehicle that you are thinking about purchasing because they will sell cars with out titles then call you a month later wanting you to bring the vehicle back so they can screw you some more by wasting your time on something they screwed up on and then saying they will give you a good deal on another vehicle only to increase your payment by putting​ you in a vehicle that is more expensive. I, for one will not be doing any business with this crooked out fit. AGAIN BUYER'S BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
