No one likes going to a dealer for service unless you have a warranty.  I thought I had to get work done on my 2004 Chevy Suburban that only the dealer could do (computer program flashing).  When I showed up the staff was extremely courteous and professional!  What?!?!?  The place was really clean and way nicer than any other dealership I've ever been too.  Big screen TVs, nice couches to wait on, free drinks and hot chocolate.  I was honestly impressed and surprised with how nice and clean everything was (I guess it makes me want to buy a Chevy?)  Sadly, I didn't need a computer program flashed and needed something repaired that cost lots more $$$$, but they worked with me and fixed the repair quickly.  I still won't choose to go to a dealer for service repairs, but if I have to then this is where I'd pick.   Almost does make me want to buy a new Chevy from them...

ask for Carla! I've had great experiences working with Carla on the service of some of my vehicles. I have been thrilled with each interaction. they are very busy so i recommend making an appointment and planning to be without a car but they are great to communicate status and costs. I bought my tires here last time also and they were great prices and matched another local tire shop that had the tires cheaper. Not all my cars are Chevy but I really like this dealer so more in the future might be. Give Carla a raise Riverton because she is awesome.
