I had my rental set up on credit card autopay and paid on-time and faithfully everymonth. Well my card expired on the last day of June. I made this discovery on July 1st and contacted my credit card company to get a new card...anyway. Since I was out of town for the holiday weekend tried to get in the place on Monday the 6th of July and discovered access had been blocked. My card was declined due to expiration (duh). They didn't even bother to call or notify me like they promised when I set up to rent. The owner told me too bad so sad pay the late fee and oh by the way your rate increases now to 115.00 then told me there was no one cheaper in town. Basically take it or leave it!!! I was disgusted with him, I think he made me throw up a little bit in my mouth. VERY VERY VERY poor customer service and lack thereof. Plus whenever you try to call it always goes to voicemail and call backs are few and far between. Go to Town Storage up the street cheaper rates and since it is not a mom and pop business but corpoorate they actually have and use great customer service. Manager there is Misty tell her Nate sent you.
