I've always been happy with the services here..The staff has sent faxes for me often, helped me with the printer/copier. I'm disabled and again have always had great service. I donate books for their Friends of the Library programs.

It's literally 5 minutes from my home, but I would rather travel 19 miles to Bloomingdale (the staff is friendlier and plenty of seating, room to move, and plenty of electrical outlets) than go here. I walked up to the desk and a lady looked at me very annoyed (like I was bothering her) and answered "yes?". I inquired about where I could sit and plug in my laptop and she respond "You'll have to share a table that has one". Of course there were only about 4 tables with outlets, all taken over by one person per table. She had very poor customer relations. This place is very small with very limited electrical outlets and seating. Definitely needs an upgrade!

I came here to study and this was the opposite of what a library should be. Completely uncontrolled loudness and not one staff member controlled the environment. Even the staff was loud at the front desk. Kids were running around and no one seem to care about the many other people trying to work in a quiet environment, which a library is suppose to be!

Extremely loud. There are always little kids scream like hell. The staff never do anything about it. It is impossible to read or concentrate on anything you are doing. It is more a daycare center than a library.

Lol, its alright. It's a little small and dark but does the trick. I heard someone was raped here or right outside years ago so I'm just careful that's all. Could happen anywhere though so I don't judge it for that.
