Riverview Law Office says it wants to address issues and concerns but really is working for whomever the money is gonna come from. I tried to work things out with a woman who was not at all interested in my situation, she was rude, and said "well, you'll just have a judgment against you. I filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office and they will be looking into it. These "lawyers" cannot continue to bully and add stress to an already stressful situation. I would stay away from this office and if you have to speak to someone their be sure it isn't Brianna she lacks empathy, communication skills, and sounds like she hates her job and is being bothered!! she should be held accountable for not doing her job!!! i.e. assisting people based on their situation and financial ability. What a miserable woman. They pulled the payment even after I informed them that this would be a hardship due to my vehicle breaking down!!! I am now overdrawn at my bank!!! so angry I am seeing RED!!!

The man that I talked to seemed nice and worked with me on fair monthly payments to fit my budget. The only thing that I did not like was that the monthly payments suddenly stopped for a few months and then started back again out of nowhere. :P It really confused me because after the payments stopped I assumed (which I should not have, duh) that I had paid off my account and then when a payment came out a few months later I was not prepared and ended up broke earlier in the month. I was not informed that the payments were going to stop or informed that they were going to restart.
