I appreciate so much the how Mathew made the time for us in our dire need to get the Power of Attorney documents witness and notarized while my Father was in the hospital. Not only did he fit us in his busy schedule the next day he also came up to the hospital room to do it. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. One thing that impressed me the most was that he had what was best for our situation and needs in mind. If I am ever in need of assistance again Riverwood Legal & Accounting would be my first choice. Attorney Matt DeMark was invaluable to me in navigating the mortgage modification process. He is very knowledgeable in this area, and worked tirelessly with the bank on my behalf. He was a true advocate, and that was much needed and appreciated. He has also prepared my tax returns for the last several years, and I've been extremely pleased with his expertise in this area as well. My returns have been completed timely and accurately, and the process has been hassle-free. I trust Attorney DeMark with my financial concerns, and would highly recommend his services to others.

Matthew Demak was a very helpfull and accommodating. I called him on a Thursday and explained that I needed someone to notarized paperwork for power of attorney, and I needed it by Friday. He said they were busy, but he could get us in at 12:00 on Friday. He came to the hospital and meet us there, went over the paperwork we had, to make sure everything was right. I can't say enough, he took time out of his busy schedule, to come and help us less than 24 hour notice. He was very kind, respectfel, helpful and knew what he was doing.
