Confusing layout.  Way too many speed bumps.    Did see a dodge Durango with pink spray painted wheels and mirrors.

Well the new management ,can't manage to do squat about parking,speeding  vehicles, drug dealers two doors away from him ect. Its a calamity to put it litely.
