I've been a member at the gym for 12 months and I have lost weight and have got much stronger. My personal trainer Vince is amazing. If you want to get in the best shape of your life this is the gym for you. 
The best time to go is in the A.M. they have fitness classes too.

Please do not sign here they lien to people go to planet fitness way better and more safe.they over charge me n now they say they cnt put my money back to my account get away from this place and they say i have to 180if i wanna cancel my membership.this is not a good place

Traveling across country and trying to find nice clean places to workout is a lot easier with a place like the French Riviera Spa.  Nice clean facility with plenty of equipment.  Vincent made us feel welcome and I got in a solid workout.
