I am proud to say that this elegant historic (medium size) theater is located in my neighborhood. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. You will not be able to find a poorly placed seat in there. Snacks and beverages are reasonably priced, and so are the tickets. Having free parking also helps out on your pocketbook. Outside, there’s plenty of restaurants to have breakfast, lunch and dinners. This theater is ideally located in a win-win location.

It's a medium-sized theater with great historic touch's and charm. There's not a bad seat in the house not even from the balcony. Their popcorn prices are excellent although their bottled pop prices could come down a bit. Ticket prices for anything and everything are the among the best to be found. With more then enough places in walking distance to eat at all price points and free parking it's definitely a place worth checking out.

Went to see the Rocky Horror Picture Show this year, it was quite epic with drag queens/kings and burlesque before the main event of an original showing of the movie. Highly recommend any fan attend at least once to enjoy the true cult experience. The "Riv" is always a great show no matter the venue.

One of the original Michael Shea theaters, not as opulent as The Wonder Theater (SPAC) downtown. Nice sized house for medium sized shows. I'm mostly there in support of the American legion Band of the Tonawandas Post 264. The Mighty Wurlitzer there is in good shape and it's played often. They are working hard on making it a premier performance venue. They have digital as well as film projection. Now if they can raise the money to upgrade the speakers ...

It's a classic theatre unfortunately we did not know the seating layout as you can see from our pic from our seats we had the worst seats in the house. Fortunately we were able to move to the back wall so we could see. We saw Jim Brickman and guests holiday show which was excellent. Just avoid seats jj 31,32,33 unless you like looking through bars.
