I made my appointment with Mandy brown for a root touch up, I told her my Expectation  and experiences. This woman knows nothing about hair, she over processed my hair then blamed me. The owner is great  indeed. I will be filling a claim against her license. Please,  if you love your hair,  stay away from her. Ashley
