Good selection, however I have never had a great customer service experience. The first time I went to the store was to buy some new trail running shoes. I have a particular brand and sole type that I use. When I asked to see their selection I was told, pretty condescendingly, that "We do the carry those because they are bad for your feet and that company will probably go through a lawsuit". No alternatives were offered. I found the shoes on their website that day and then over to REI to purchase them. My wife went in a couple of months later for some new socks and insoles. She left without purchasing because she felt that she was being aggressively upsold and felt pressured. Great selection, bad customer service in my experience.

Sales person helped by pulling four pairs of shoe for us to try on- left us and never returned. We liked one of the selections but there was only one shoe in the box. Couldn't get any other associates attention. We were ignored for the next 20 minutes. We left the store, kinda pissed. Gonna cancel my VIP. You don't treat customers like this.

I was not impressed; I just wanted some shoe inserts, but the sale person tried to up-sell me to some kind of on-site molded expensive version, then left me for someone that was interested in more expensive products.  The store is too fancy for what it is and as I say, I was not impressed.

I love this store.. Great staff and they know their stuff and really polite ..They want to make sure your happy with the shoes you buy .. I will be back soon for more shoes..

I love this place! Their events are free and fun, and the staff are very helpful and kind.
