The guava green tea came with basil seeds and strawberry bits.  I enjoyed the tea flavor and sweetness level at less sugar.  I also got the green tea macchiato with boba.  The sugar level wasn’t adjustable for this one and was too sweet for me.  The texture of the boba though was perfect.

This is the best of all the roasting waters. Consistent, friendly, and the best service ever. The woman working this morning when I went in at 10 was so friendly and kind, I almost didn’t get some thing, but she made my experience five stars. They open nice and early so go ahead and grab one on your way to work, ample parking, easy to get off and on the freeway from here 605 And just wonderful customer service. Big props to the employee working the register this am!

Everytime we go, the workers have been excellent with AMAZING customer service. Drinks are always great. However, I give 1 star for the simple fact that the last time I was in there, the owner and/or manager was being very loud & rude to the employees. My family & I will not be back to support a business who does not treat their employees with respect.

I am really disappointed at the quality of their boba drinks lately.  I would always come here almost every month.  But now the texture of boba is hard and not much of a soft chewy texture like it used to be and the taste of the drinks is nasty and not the same as before. I'm really disappointed the last 3 times I went there recently and now I have to say good bye to roasting water forever. I won't be coming back unless they really change and keep the consistency of their boba and the drinks from the past.

I love going to roasting waters and the employees are always so nice. But today I went in and the older lady was very rude. I saw her grab the ice with her bare hands not only that she took forever to make my drink. She seemed distracted by her phone and when I asked her how long would my drink be ready she rolled her eyes and threw my drink on the counter

The servers were excellent. The drinks are delicious. The store is new. No place to sit inside. My drink order was taken correctly, but it was not made as the order. A small mistake, but still a mistake. I realized this mistake only after I left the store on the freeway, darn. Otherwise, it's pretty darn good.

drinks are really good and the bottles are adorable! the collaboration they happened to be doing was with rilakkuma and it was adorable! i find that the prices are good for a good drink plus the cute bottles :. aside from that, i went in on new years eve pretty big crowd and one of the workers seemed a bit impatient nonetheless it's still a really nice place

Good Thai tea with boba inside a cute panda bottle!  The container that comes with the drink is pretty cute - I love the design.  The Thai tea tasted good as well.  The shop is pretty cute and has a lot of panda design which is cute and I like it.  Definitely a place that I would come back!

This is one of my favorite smoothie, tea & coffee place. I love their bottle and the characters it has on there. They are affordable and I would definitely recommend this place. They usually have. 5-10mins wait but it’s worth it!

Place is cute, tea is good, but the oolong milk tea tastes nothing like oolong flavor
