My day had gone from good to bad when I got home to discover that my power pole had fallen. I didn't know where to start by finding someone to repair/replace it, so I went to Google. Zapata's was my second call. Because it was after hours, I used one of the 911 contact nbrs listed on their v/m. I got Jeremy; explained to him what was going on & sent him pictures. He called me back with in moments to give me an estimate & time frame. In any case, his guys were out at about 8:20 the next morning, and the job Jeremy originally quoted to take about 5 hrs took about 3 1/2. A little too expensive for my liking, but I didn't really expect it to be cheap; figured I'd have pay HUNDREDS, not THOUSANDS! But, their work was immaculate & their customer service was superb! I'd recommend them any time; they took care of setting up the inspection & calling the power company to get my power back on. My ONLY complaint w/ Zapata's is that they refused to take one of my children as payment for services rendered; that kinda sucked. But if you're looking for QUALITY, CHEAP work, you probably won't get BOTH at the same time! Dealing with electrical situations, you want QUALITY above all else, & Zapata's is just that; they know the processes & are highly qualified to make sure you & your family are safe. Jeremy & your guys you sent out: thank you so much for such a pleasant experience during a very frustrating time for me & my children. You have another satisfied & hopefully NOT a repeat customer..lol. I'd recommend you to anyone needing help & will definitely use you again if needed. I know you take cash, CC, & even checks for payment; please consider adding children to that list!

I love working for this employer.  He has given me a great opportunity to grow in my knowledge of the trade as well as been very patient with my infirmities. He believes in people and second chances.

As a retirement gift to myself I purchased a nice Hot Tub.  I called and then went to see Rob and Jeremy to ask them all sorts of "Customer" questions on how best to have the Tub professionally electrically installed.  Jeremy was nice enough to sit me down in the conference roof and explain all of my engineering options (and as a Customer....who is not too smart on electrical work....this was a blessing...I walked away much smarter about how the work could be accomplished).  I provided Jeremy my budget for planning purposes and he worked within it.  The Team that arrived at my home to complete the install were very professional and efficient.  The install took a few hours, and the home was left in the same clean condition as when the team arrived.  My highest professional recommendation for Rob and the Crew.  Do your part as a good customer when you require additional electrical work to an existing home.  Take pictures of the present areas, find a block of days you would like to have the work accomplished (have that area clear of obstructions), go see Jeremy for a consult.....then stand out of the way while the Crew works.  I will use them again for future home improvements.
