Rude and unprofessional. Have a monthly pass and was ticketed anyway. Sent them a picture of the monthly pass clearly indicating I had paid to be there. They said it wasn't displayed. Either their patrol made a mistake or it blew off the dash. I asked for a copy of the policy that deals with a situation where a client has already paid. The lady said they don't send/share copies of their policies... which means they don't have one. They don't care and are uncompromising once a ticket has been written... even if it was a mistake. This company has too much control in this city and should be forced by the Competition Bureau to sell half their assets to a competitor. That way we would have some choice.

Avoid this company at all costs. Find somewhere else to park even if you have to walk for 20 minutes. They'll find any reason to get money out of you despite legitimately paying for their services

I find it fascinating that this company decided to hire a fleet of the worlds most unpleasant people. Really strange to me. Not a great decision, not even a slightly ok decision, but I guess that’s the choice the leader of the rude people had to make.

What a joke Robbins parking is.  I purchased a week pass with my credit card.  My pass slipped down on the floor when I shut my door, and was given a ticket.  I called told them and was told to take a photo of the parking pass and ticket and send it in.  I did just that then I was sent an email saying that I would have to pay a portion or it would be the full amount. Even with proff from my credit card and purchase of the parking pass they strong arm you in paying a ticket that you shouldn't have to pay.  HOW IS THIS FAIR?

After showing up at the post office in cook street village ( why do I have to pay to go to the post office for one ?) I did not have change so went in to break a $20 for the parking while I was getting change they gave me a ticket I mean I was like 4 mins in line to get change. I went to the office on Fort and they asked me if I I payed for time after I got the ticket and I said no I came directly here to talk to you and she said if you had of got a slip after you got the ticket I would delete the parking ticket but you didn't so I'll just reduce it to $20. really wonder why this company has such a monopoly on parking in this city. I even complained to the mayors office and they said there is other places to park in the down town area.... like 4 maybe. they really need to stop allowing this company to buy lots so we can get some competition in the city maybe then they will treat people better.
