My experience has been terrible.  
I called Mr. Parker's office today, 6/9/2017 at 2PM, from my personal cell phone and Mr. Parker answered by saying: "Who is this? I don't know you!" and hung up on my face. He didn't even say: "Hello".....I called back and he hang up on my face again, this time without even talking. 
I then called from my office phone and he answered by saying: "Is this a UMC phone number? I don't owe UMC any money!".  When I tried to identify myself as a potential new client, he continued to be rude.
Obviously, it goes without saying that I will not use this CPA to be my tax advisor. BEWARE of this guy!!
