My husband was at Ballard for a week and a half. He was transported there late at night because transport got held up a couple of times. When we finally arrived at Ballard our CNA was Celia. She made us feel right at home which was just what we needed at that moment. After that the kindness continued and I'd like to especially thank Neria, Gene, Arni and head nurse Chris. Also Alex, Nikki and Caeser who were outstanding therapist.
