I am overjoyed with what Mr. Spitz and his Law Firm has done for me.  It took mere weeks to resolve a on-going 4 yr. probate case with another law firm.
I needed the advise of a Contract Attorney and found an amazingly well qualified Attorney that could handle most any field of law!

Mr. Spitz stopped this lengthy and money draining law firm from further damage (lienning my home).

He heard my case and took it on like the tiger he is.  He's right to the point with his questions and a bulldog with his answers (so be prepared).

You won't find a more dedicated, no nonsense, no frills and right to the core type of man then Attorney Mr. Spitz.

I would highly recommend Robert Spitz. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge. He is very professional. He will give you honest and Practical wisdom. I retained Robert to represent me regarding a legal matter. After gathering all the information and careful assessment of my case, he exemplified Integrity by informing me that I probably didn’t have a good case but was willing to move forward if I wanted to move forward. With that being said I took his advice and he gladly refunded me the retainer Fee. I commend him for that. Many attorneys would have took the money knowing that I didn't have a good case. If you want an attorney that has Integrity and experience, you should definitely give him a Try.

Just got off the phone with Robert Spitz.  

Very concise and helpful conversation.  

Options were presented with their implications and overall a very positive and worthwhile talk.

I retained Mr. Spitz, in May of 2017, and I am so grateful for the work he and Adam, did for me.  I had a situation which was very serious, and they really went to my defense and gained control over the opposing counsel.  They fought back against the extortion my tenant was attempting and all was resolved to my advantage.  They are knowledgeable and experienced with situation’s that happen when one is a landlord and comes across a bad apple.   I found his staff to be professional, friendly and helpful.  My calls were quickly returned, and I felt confident I was in the right hands.  Would give 10 stars if I could.
