The worst insurance company ever to deal with. It took 3 months for them to decide weather my car was good enough to have historical insurance. Then made adjustments without telling me and debt me 450.00 from 29.00 a month.money was never recoverd. At the same time caused an insurance lapse on my plates from July to October causing my license to be suspended. Because of my suspened license. Spoke to them in beginning of Oct to resolve the problem they assured me that it would take no more than 48hrs to 3 days. Here we are December 30th while they still take my money for my second car. But no resolve with my license.  No one will give me insurance with another company until problem get resolve.Bad bad business beware. Flim flam insurance reminds me of the old days in the Bronx.

Worst experience Agent has no customer service skills very rude and obnoxious.  Should not be agents representive hang-up the phone does not allow the customer to talk very unprofessional.

While the agents were pleasant during the sales cycle, everything since then has been a nightmare. 

Our house insurance was cancelled out of the blue because the siding on a garden shed wasn't up to snuff. The staff seemed to have no understanding how to manage that, appeal it, work with underwriting, and took forever to get back to us, while we were under a deadline to replace the insurance.

Truly the worst experience I have ever had managing house insurance.
