I am a quadriplegic and I had a power chair delivered a year ago with a chin control that needed other adaptations for me to be able to use it. I've been waiting a year for them to exchange this vital chin control so that I am able to 'drive' my wheelchair. The chin control that they delivered was not suitable and I have been trying to get it replaced with no success. I have reached out to them on many occasions (at least 4 times) and it still has not been resolved. I feel like they have been taking advantage of me. This chair is my legs and the service that I have received is inexcusable.

Nina weekend after-hours was SO helpful. She got my patient oxygen within 2 hours. Thank you HOME MEDISERVICE!

Bought a recliner from them about 5 years ago. I've had to have it serviced at least 4. Now, the last time it broke, they have shuffled me to an outside service company. Next time, I'm using a real furniture store.

After years of reliable service I have to find a new provider due to my insurance carrier has changed. If at any time it changes to a participating provider, I will be back again.
