stars will not post your comments, only 1 start by force, NEIGHBORS BEWARE.  Co. will go back on promises and you will be woken up at all hours of the night, 1 a.m., 3 a.m. with equipment deliveries.  I fully regret this company building next to me!!

Buyer beware! Two weeks after signing the termination of reservation agreement, they deposited my reservation check for the condo out of my account. Now, they are failing to respond to my emails and phone calls to multiple people in the office to have my money returned. This was after signing the termination of reservation within the 7 day deadline, which stated they would mail my check back to me.
