We have been with State Farm for 45 yrs and with Robin Coleman for most of them. He is such a great man, business and just to talk to. He cares about his clients and is always right there to help you.Also his son Rob is a sweetheart and his beautiful sweet wife Janice, I just love her! They are so helpful and caring about each need you have. I haven't dealt with the others in the office except for helpful phone calls for reminders but they are all very nice and polite in conversation. They really get a much higher rating than 5 but there are no more stars😞😉😉  God bless them😊

Robin & his team have been there for my family since 1978. I find his office has consistently gone above & beyond to provide the best service we could ever want. We highly recommend him, this office, & State Farm Insurance.

My family and I have been clients with Robin and his office for several years. We recently experienced a flood while we were on vacation and getting everything taken care of in regards to our insurance coverage was easy and time efficient. We truly appreciate the time this office took during what was an incredibly stressful ordeal. I am so glad to be a part of this firm, its like being part of a family!

Do not deal with this man. He is very rude, disrespectful, and provides the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I was trying to adjust my coverage and he refused to help me. Instead he went on rambling and wasting my time. He did not listen to me at all so I had to leave. Avoid this man at all costs, he only wants your money and refuses to help you on the most simple matters!

My wife and I have had nothing but positive experiences with these folks. They are honest, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. They helped us get only the products that we needed instead of a bunch of things we thought we needed. They were very nice to our young son that was with us and was getting very bored.

We now hold our auto insurance, renters, and classic car insurance with them all for a lot less then we were paying for just auto at an online provider. And are going to love our small business insurance to them sometime this year. (BTW I don't work there and they're not paying me or anything like that) 

Baring some unforeseen circumstance, we'll have our policies with them for many years to come.
