Robles Roofing responded immediately, keeping us informed about their appointment time for estimated repairs. They returned to perform the required work, doing clean and tidy repair with efficiency and quality -- all the while in hot conditions. I appreciate their attention to detail.

I had originally posted a not so great review due to lack of communication. I am changing my position as apparently the one I was trying to get in touch with was quite sick and did ultimately get the estimates and other documents I was needing to me. One thing I do like is that they offer a better workmanship warranty than other roofers I'm considering. Also their pricing is competitive. I'm waiting on more info from insurance and other roofers before I make a decision who to go with but this company is definitely in the running again. Thank you Saul and Raul for all your help.

Very helpful and prompt, did a great job on repairing my roof. Pricing for repair was very competitive. I would use them again.

I was living out-of-state and had received re-roofing bids from my real estate agent on a home I was purchasing.  Initially, I selected Robles Roofing for the detail of its bid, i.e., specs on materials, labor costs and warranty as well as my sense of conversations with Raul.  In addition to the re-roofing, I had asked about Robles performing additional work which was to install a new AC unit on the roof:  Without hesitation, Robles agreed to do the work.  This was a great benefit to me to have this extra bit handled by Robles.

Throughout, I received the utmost professionalism and standard of care from Raul and Saul Robles with regard to work and payment scheduling, timely progress reports, providing copies of permits, receipts and manual(s) as well as meeting with me post-completion to address and assure customer satisfaction. 

Highly recommended folks!!!

Last month, I needed to get my roof shingles replaced near the AC unit as well as my AC unit installed.  Robles Roofing truly went out of their way to help me and fit me in their schedule.  They did a wonderful job and I'm very pleased how they replaced the shingles and matched the shingles perfectly to the rest of the roof shingles.  Their clean up was very good too. Also, Raul always kept me informed regarding the project.  They are very professional, kind and honest people and I am so very grateful to them for going above and beyond.  I would definitely and highly recommend them and I wish this company much success!
