Came for lunch on a Saturday. Service was absolutely awful. Waited forever to be seated. We were given 2 small pieces of cornbread for our 15 minute wait. When the server finally came by, she said “yeah this is the table I haven’t gotten yet”. Then finally took our drink orders. I miss when this restaurant was at the country club. My advice: fire all your wait staff and start fresh.

Food is excellent. The burger tastes like you actually cooked it over charcoal. The meat loaf was great too. Manager came over and offered free dessert. So made up for the rocky experience. Bumping my review from 1 star to 3.

Place looks classy. Food is oversized. Beer is not cold. French fries are on point. Not busy but takes a while to get secondary service. It was ok.

Craft beers are unreasonably high. Six bucks a pint for Southern Prohibition. Pool tables need work.

Food and service were great but first impressions are everything, with that said proper training for host/hostess should be addressed.

Let's begin, had the chicken parmesan, amazing. The staff were really polite and both the managers were warm and friendly. Sat at the bar and had a friendly conversation with the hostess while Nick served us. Now let me tell y'all about Nick, if he tells you a portion of Bread Pudding is small...he LIES haha

Manager got the owner and introduced us, really great guy named Jay, we talked for a moment and again just another warm awesome guy. Will definitely come back next time I'm around Vicksburg!
