Great mom and pop Italian restaurant at the edge of Palisades with a friendly staff and fair prices. Everything from their Lasagna, Pizza, Spaghetti with Meatballs and Chicken Fettuccini we're all delicious! Small parking lot outside.
I ordered over the phone. First time. The lady told me what choices I had regarding the size and the prize and when I could pick it up. She was very gracious at the time of pick up and also showed me the rest of the menu and her personal recommendations. I highly recommend it. The pizza is awesome!Food: 5/5
I've had just about everything on the menu here. I will list the top three dishes I've had and continue my review. First I'd like to start off with saying this place is the same owner as the one that use to be in Topanga Canyon. Unfortunately the owner sold that place to a new person. Moving on. The pizza: tomato sauce is extremely tasty, cheese is great, the time they cook the pizza is perfect. No burnt crust perfectly toasted in the pizza oven and golden. The dough is definitely top notch. Rocco's Hero sandwich. Sandwich is made on a fresh piece of french bread baguette. The meat is fresh, lettuce is fresh, tomato is fresh, right amount of mayo and seasoning. What more do you want from a sandwich?. It's just perfect. Cheese ravioli with pink sauce. The pink sauce is very tasty. Some places make there pink sauce to creamy and FAR to rich in flavor. This sauce is not overpowering the ravioli in anyway. The cheese works in with the sauce and you get the taste of everything. Food. Very much above average. The chef takes his job seriously and the food shows it. Decor. Decor is average it's not really a place you'd sit down and just eat although they do have seating. But it's more of a to go order kind of place. Cleanliness. Restaurant is clean every where. Staff: Staff is always very helpful and very nice. Owner is usually there working as well which shows he cares for his business and it's success in a new location. That to me shows quality and good professionalism with there restaurant. To end this review I will say this. If you want a quick bite to eat you can't go wrong with this place. The food is fantastic and I highly recommend it. I hardly give places 5 stars because I'm EXTREMELY picky with food. If you like pizza, pasta and subs? try this place out you'll enjoy it.
Coming from the inland empire and we looked up pizza places and this was our first choice. Great food and fair price.
Great pizza - same guys who used to have location in Topanga Cyn. A little pricey $17 for a small personal pizza. Apparently they don't sell slices after 4pm. Their penne pasta with pesto & chicken is amazing too.
I do not ever give things 5 stars the Max is always 4 but this place deserves the 5th star not only was I taken away how clean inside and outside waside was but the Gentlemen who helped me was very friendly and kind I made a telephone order and upon arrival I smell the delicious scent of pizza in the air I went in and I paid when I got back to my car I couldn't help but look at it it smelt so good I opened it and it looked amazing all the toppings looked real and tasted the same I only got a pizza and some garlic balls And they were amazing I can't wait to go back and try some more I can't believe I passed this place so many times I never stopped I will be stopping every time I pass it Only because I don't live in town and I'm not in this particular area very often So when I am I will definitely go there and I'll tell my friends and family about it Parking: Parking lot it's not too big Wheelchair accessibility: There is definitely wheelchair access and handicap spots available
Eggplant Parm sandwich was delicious. They offer a deal with chips and soda for a good price. Very good food and nice people!
The food was good. We had the raviolis and the chicken something, I forget. It had chicken and artichoke hearts and a white wine sauce. It was quite good. I would certainly order that again. The raviolis were tasty as well. Service was good, very friendly, quick. No restroom and water had to be purchased in a bottle.
Food is wonderful but staff needs to get their act together. I paid three whole dollars for only 4 oz of marinara sauce, paid almost 40 dollars for my whole meal which was pasta, a side, and a salad, and I didn't receive my marinara sauce OR the salad dressing that the clerk asked me specifics about, which I discovered upon going home. I am so sad to have to leave a 1 star review, because the food is fantastic, but forgetting to put a cup of marinara sauce that costs more than a drink is absolutely ridiculous, unacceptable, and should honestly be humiliating from a company standpoint. I have been coming to this location since I was a child and this is not the Rocco's that I know and love. Edit: I wanted to edit the review as I felt bad for my initial standing, like I said the food at Rocco's is excellent and I've been coming hear for years, it's understandable if the staff doesn't do their job perfectly, and I don't want my review to potentially effect their livelihood, I'm a fan of punishing the company, not it's employees, it's just that a mistake such as the one I described above is irritable as someone who makes just as much money as the cashier who made the mistake, three dollars is 15 minutes of work for me. I'm leaving a three star review and if I come back again and see progress I'll update my review.
Placed an order online 1 pizza and a soda. 30 min. Later I called to ask how's it going? the young woman asked my name and said your pizza is coming out in 2 min. 35 min later I call they said they never received my order. I order again via telephone. I asked the girl why did you say my pizza was ready? Her reply,,,,it was for Andrew. So why not call me back and say Andrew's pizza went out and yours is going in. Instead I get a ridiculous run around from the owner Christine about Grubhub not showing the order. I finally get the pizza and get sick. I ate a few slices the next day got sick again. No coincidence here folks. I for will stay away!!!
