The meat department has been so disappointing in the past few years!! Many friends and family have turned to the smaller meat stores.  The new packages  the roast s come in can no longer see what your buying!!  I want to see the grain of the meat  I am buying, especially with the cost of the meat . It is like buying surprise meat. Also never see a variety of steak's like you always had. I have not seen a first cut off top of the round steak in a year, something I bought weekly. Your reputation is not like it was.  At one point you were up there with Milton Market Place for meat and produce..... Now... S&S. Very sad

Good service. I interacted with many of their employees over 6 years never had any problem. Always ready to help. Having Starbucks on the premises is added bonus.

Good variety of produce. Easy layout.

Worst experience by far and I have been shopping at Roche Bros for 15years+. My sister and I went in for a hot meal, and got macaroni and cheese like we usually do. However, when I ate it I realized there were bits of bacon in it. My sister is highly allergic. So I went to he got bar to make sure I read the label. Turns out they didn’t label it as bacon macaroni and cheese. So I went to the service desk to get a refund and speak to the store manager Walter. They didn’t give two f***** that my sister could have gone into anaphylactic shock. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARELESS TEAM I HAVE CONTACTED CORPORATE AND REPORTED THEM. Will never buy anything from Roche Bros again.

I really like Roche Bros in Quincy. They have a great selection of their own brand of organic food, which are priced very reasonably. They have a great selection of products in general that I can't find at other grocery stores. The employees are friendly and the store is clean.

A great place to get fresh fruits and veggies. Prices are a bit higher compared to similar retail outlets but the quality is outstanding
