I have Dr. Anderson and she is just wonderful. Super sweet and young but also very informed and willing to spend the time to talk with you about your best options. I truly believe she cares about her patients.

The billing department sucks here! They send you a bill, you call the billing department to make a payment in full.  You ALWAYS have to leave a message!!! They don't call you back!! And then they try to send you a bill for a $4.83 for a finance charge!  After I just went through a pregnancy from prenatal, birth to postpartum with this office and they have the nerve to send me a bill for $4.83!!!

My daughter and I both went here and I would warn women to stay far away from this place. I had a minor medical scare and went to see a PA at RGOA. The checkup costs me $600 of which I had to pay out of pocket because i hadn't met my deductible yet. My daughter also went for a check up and her bloodtests were astronomical. I had to set up a payment plan with RGOA but they did not recognize my last two payments and charged me late fees on top of my normal fees. This place only cares about the bottom line and not patients. If you're looking for physicians that actually care, don't bother going here. you will get hit with a large bill and then they will harrass endlessly to pay--I think they' might be doubling as debt collectors too.
