Rochester Feed and Country Store has EXCELLENT customer service and that alone is reason enough for me to shop there instead of the big box feed stores.  They also have frequent sales on their bags of feed which doesn't happen at the other places.  I usually buy five 50lb bags of feed at a time and they always wheel it out to my car and help me load it - which is awesome!  It is so much easier than going to the other feed stores and loading it up in a cart and trying to get it in my car by myself.  Even when I was massively pregnant I was never offered help with loading bags in my car at the other feed store....so Rochester Feed and Country store gets my business for sure!
