Wow, I waited on the phone for a half hour for a SIMPLE question, and I got hung up on by a VERY rude representative. Absolutely ridiculous, she was lazy and didn't feel like dealing with my question and hung up on me when I was clarifying my ticket number. Absolutely disgusting, I wish I knew her name and could get her fired. You have terrible representatives, thanks for wasting my time and having unnecessary call wait times for simple questions. Why don't you hire some decent workers, Rochester sucks

call and only got a machine that could not answer or direct me to a person that could answer the question that I need to solve an error on their part. and no of the phone numbers they give are only do the same thing theirs does, so you feel like their just giving you the run around.

customer  service  is very unprofessional  and rude!  they  act  as  if they hate their job

I don't hate the place, just really annoyed that the correct hours aren't updated online.
