This place is a rip off they try to tell you that your dog is going to die if you don't spend the money in my case 2 to 3000 which when I was able to go to my local vet Avon animal hospital (the best) was give the Price of $500 for the same amount of time three days... just very sad that they exploit the fact that people love their dogs and scare them into spending thousands of dollars and r very Rudd and would not give my dog back for 45 min and that after they threaten to call the cops on me because I kept telling them I want my dog and that the vet she was going to was closing worst place ever anyone ever needs emergency care there is a place in Perry New York don't let them scare you that your dog is gonna die very sad to have to do that to make money

Took my 13 year old dog for a walk.  I took her too far and she got hot. Puked and layed down started panting and wouldn't move.  Got picked up by my fuancee and was super worried about my dog.  Immediately took her  here as she had made the same walk a week earlier.   Got "stat" treatment....   IV not approved and " oxygen" even though they stated they couldn't get the mask on....   Vet on site pressured us into spending $2-3k to get surgery for her laryngeal paralysis that would have a 40% chance of helping her....(due to age). As she has been 3 legged for almost 2 years and coping well also pressured into spending $1k into diagnosing that issue and $600 for her lypomas(fatty tissue buildups) Each.  She has 6...  When we declined further invasive procedures on our dog the "vet" became very pouty and insisted that if we removed our dog from their care she would "immently" succomb to her illnesses.  Vet came back twice to try to get us to agree to start a regiment of steroids and an overnight stay...   Stopped slightly short of telling us we we're killing our dog if we didn't agree to the recommended treatment...   2 months later dog still fine can make the same walk(obviously slower).  If you want the worst "used car salesman" pitch go here....   Otherwise stay as far away from them  as possible.  Unless your dog needs immediate surgery that you know of( ie impaled by a stick) save your money and know your dog.  Most useless $120 I have spent.
