On a business trip, stopped in to place an order to go. Trying to keep calories to a minimum, so I ordered a grilled chicken dish and asked for extra veggies instead if rice. It was 8:15 pm on Wednesday, and there were about 5 people seated in the bar area. 30 minutes later, I still didn't have my order and the bartender was nowhere to be found. I finally flagged someone down to ask about my order. About 5 minutes later, she said something about them forgetting it, so she gave me pie and ice cream with my order. I appreciate the gesture, but that ruins my diet. When I got back to my hotel room, there were no utensils in the bag. At least the food was decent and a large portion.

A very unique brewery that gets easily overlooked. Has a good selection of very tasty beers and mixed drinks. Burgers and sandwiches always seem to taste great. 

Last time I went I had the Buffalo wings. Some of the best around. Great job!

I've eaten here since they opened on West Des Moines.  The food and beer are consistently top notch.  Other places have come and gone but Rock Bottom endures and I'm grateful they are here.  I enjoy commuting to a place that's very comfortable and has awesome service.

Craft beer. Great food. One of my regular stops! Edit: Still good and still one of my favorite haunts. Good food, good beer and great ppl.
