I called 6 junkyards in the Rockford Area today.  This is the only one that was able to give me a fast quote, AND pick up my car WITHIN AN HOUR. All the other locations said something along the lines of " Idk, could be sometime this week, whenever the driver gets a round to it". They also gave a great price and the man I spoke with was kind and professional. I really appreciate the service here.

I called to ask about the availability of some carburetor parts and was told they do not sell the parts for the carburetor but they do carry used carburetors, however were out of stock. I began to ask questions about the conditions, testing, etc about the used carburetors and was basically yelled at in a condescending manner telling me they are out of stock.  I would have bought a used carburetor from this business when one arrived but I am taking my business else where due to the rude employee I spoke with.

I just called to ask a simple question, I wanted to know if they bought USED car parts since they buy used cars and sell used parts. I couldn't even finish my sentence and the guy said "try craigslist" and hung up on me. Great customer service (SARCASM). Chop shop

Completely unprofessional, rude, and incompetent employees.  It is not doing your clientele a favor to do your job.  That's what you get paid for, remember?  But then again the way you act when issues are brought up......calls that were never made, conversations that were never had, and scheduling that you never show up for.  It could never possibly be your fault.  Noooooo not when it's so much easier to blame the customer.
