Horribly ran place to be providing transportation to children. My son has been left at the school 4 times this year alone and I've seen multiple parents waiting for their kids to get off the bus and the bus drivers don't even have the decency to say hey your kid didn't get on today they just drive off leaving the parent looking confused, and the kids to tell them what happened. Then when you call they find a way to deconstruct your complaint and turn it on you! At the end of the day YOU are responsible for our children we pay school tax to help pay you, for the crappy jobs you do. There's parents who don't have transportation to get their kids which is why they ride the bus, you have no consideration for those parents. The problem with schools and buses is they forgot how to care and taught their drivers not to be friendly. Some parents can't afford a phone because they have to pay for internet for their child to do homework on all the lap tops and iPads the schools give them, and then were in the wrong cause our kid was left and you couldn't call. Shove it!!! This establishment needs to bring up their standards, and remember how you lived before you got that coushy job, because some if us are still out here struggling. We don't need to be stepped on by those supposed to be there to help us! I guarantee my complaint I made today won't get filed or even spoke of. Smh. Its always the schools or the parents fault just like the cops can't take no responsibility for their wrong doings. Find a car pool and pay for gas money its a much better option if you have a choice! My son will be a car rider again as soon as my cars fixed. This is ridiculous. And not the first year I've had these problems. In 2014 my son was in 3 rd grade and was jumped on by a 5th grader, still on the bus lot at school, and the driver did nothing, not even split them up but continued to drive her route. My son had two black eyes for a week! Then the driver was mad at my complaint and called the cops to the bus stop and told them I drive wrecklessly around the kids, umm I walked to the busstop. I didn't have a car then and the cop told her she was wrong and he wasn't their for her pettiness. He's been bullied constantly with nothing done about it, even after reports being made. FYI if a parent calls you and their mad, their mad because their child was not taken car of as promised and the adults in charge had a lack of adulting sense that day, you don't get an attitude with the upset parent and handle the situation like a child and not file the compliant, its a legit complaint, and needs to be taken seriously, no matter how small or "silly" you think it is, or how mad you are cause you have to hear it from us. Sorry but that's your job. You don't get paid to sit there, you get paid to look after and transport our children safely. One day y'all are gonna mess with someone with money and their gonna sue the lights off y'all. I can't wait to get my son out of this district all together!!!

Absolute WORST, unreliable, and unsafe system for any child! Unprofessional establishment filled with liars that will cover and take up for each other even after being exposed! Exactly why my children will not be going back to public school nor will they take public transportation again. THEY ALL SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED!!!

Hard to get ahold of and they do not return calls. Buses are routinely late and drop the kids late

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! THEY NEED TO CLEAN HOUSE!! SUPERVISOR NEVER AT WORK!!
