The lady at the front desk was not helpful or nice.  She gave one or two word responses when I asked how to start the adoption process and when I said I think I already have most of it done she just continued working on her computer.  When I was finished, she said "are you done" in a rude voice.  She gave me no time frame of when I should be expecting a call, if my application was approved.  Overall, the lady at the front desk made the experience less than ideal.

Very rude and unprofessional.  I will never apply for adoption here again. Lived in R.S. for a long time and never seen such bad customer service in my life.

10/07/2007 got my baby girl from a very nice lady there almost 9 years ago. Thank you
