Awesome arraignments!  We made a plan over the phone due to distance and everything was perfect!  Quality, price, and most importantly...customer service.  Buy local.

Rockcastle Florists rocks! The owner(s) and their staff did an absolutely spectacular job for our event in April 2017 at St Mary's School. Their arrangements took a drab auditorium environment and brought it to LIFE! The staff were very attentive to our set-up and our needs, made recommendations and followed through beyond our expectations with exceptional competitive pricing! The delivery men even set up the arrangements when they got to the auditorium and appeared very interested in helping make our event a success. There were a lot of comments about the flower arrangements during the event, and at the end when we informed the participants at this formal event that there was an envelope under a chair at each table, and that person was to take an arrangement home, everyone at this event got up and checked under their chair! It was fun to watch the excitement and anticipation! These people at Rockcastle are the best!!

I have been using Rockcastle (mainly Canandaigua) for many years and have never been anything less than happy! Their arrangements have always been fantastic and quality. I admit that I have purchased flowers from Wegman's, Top's, Walmart, etc... from time to time and I am amazed how much nicer and how much longer Rockcastle's flowers last. 

Finally, I also tried 1-800 flowers and their product was horrible. It was missing half the order, did not have the proper card, and was delivered close to 5pm to a business. In my opinion, the whole idea of having a delivery to someone at work is so they can feel special all day long. Not for a few minutes before going home. 

I hope to continue to use Rockcastle for a long time.
