Went in for the first time today. I was met as I pulled in and explained the different washes. Decided to get the Shoot the Moon. After I paid and pulled around to get wash I was stopped and asked if I was a veteran due to a sticker I had in the window. I said yes and they gave a discount on the wash. They did not have to stop me after I paid. Wash was great, towels and vacuums a  plus. Decided that a company that is willing to give a discount and the way they gave it along with a great product will continue to get my business. Signed up for the unlimited.

Rocket Express provides an excellent car wash. The colors and sound has kids enjoying the wash as well. There are plenty of vacuums to go around that doesn’t make you feel rushed. They also provide car mat washers and dryers also free of charge with a wash. Another great benefit is they provide clean towels to dry your car free of charge. I have enjoyed coming here since they opened. I have not had a single complaint. The staff is fun and friendly. They offer a military wash as well. Keep up the great work Rocket Express.

Normally I would give this car wash 5 stars. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. The cost is reasonable. The vacuums and microfiber cloth’s are super nice! 
However, my car was not clean after exiting the car wash. 
I don’t know if it’s soap residue or dust left on the window sills the tires and undercarriage were also still dirty.

They broke my drivers side mirror off my truck. They kept pushing me to have them fix it, when they work with Franklin auto body. The asst. Manager kept forcing me to have him fix. When i told him i was going to take it to the auto body shop they work with. He eneded ordering the mirror, making it look like my fault.  Place is a joke.

It’s a good car wash has to be the best in this part of Idaho and all of Oregon and Washington I’m sure. The only down side in my opinion is Sunday’s . It is a great day for things like washing. Cars, clothes whatever needed and sometimes the only day available due to job schedule. Open Sunday close Monday easy 5 stars
