Always loved Rocket Wrapps. Absolutely love their Buffalo chicken bowl and their smoothies are sooo good. Food is always fresh and staff is friendly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!!! They have been around for years!
The bowls, burritos, and shakes here are great! There's also good pescatarian, vegetarian, and vegan options here. You can get a shrimp or a vegetable burrito. The prices are a bit high though. I always get the Cajun shrimp bowl from here, it's tastes amazing! The Buffalo chicken bowl, however, is not great. Vegetarian options: Vegetable burrito
I love the chicken caesar wrap. The smoothies are also really tasty. Great fast causal/ healthy spot to grab a bite to eat.
Worst place I ever ate at. Food is awful I’d rather in upstate New York because the food there is actually better.
Honestly, the couple of times I've gotten food from here it was decent. Pricey, but decent. I gave it three stars instead of four because they promote themselves as "healthy food for active people", or something like that. Yet, they are either unable or simply refuse to provide any nutritional information about their food. I reached out three times asking for nutritional information for their menu items and I never got a response. Don't promote yourself as healthy and diet-compliant if you can't back it up with the nutritional details of your food.

First time being there and overall really good food. My only complaint was how they use plastic containers for customers staying to eat. Considering today’s environmental climate I think they should use reusable bowls for those dining in...
Always good and the healthiest take-out around. They have been around maybe 20 years, and I understand why.
So very disappointed. They got my husband's order wrong and when we pointed it out the response was "really?" and then the server walked away. This was after we received our food, already paid, and were told that they were out of tofu. When I asked to speak to the manager and explained that this has happened before, they did not bring the manager out or offer any information. The good tasting food is the only thing keeping me from giving this place one star, but we will not be back unless someone in charge decides to respond to our concerns/the blatant lack of service and ingredients.
If I could give Rocket Wrapps a zero I would. I had two horrible experiences with this establishment. On my first eexperience, I placed a simple food order consisting of a single chicken wrap. The order was placed over the phone. I was told by the staff that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant 35 minutes later a little late. One I arrived I was greated by a long line to with only one staff member working the register. When I finally reached the register i was told that.my order was not ready or even started. I had to once again place my order. I had to wait another 10 minutes for my order to be processed. This fast food restaurant is really understaffed. My second encounter with this horrible establishment was similar to my first encounter. I phoned in an order for two smoothies. The attendant adviced me that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I get there 30 minutes after I placed the order and once again there was only one person at the register who was trying to multi task by taking phone orders. While standing there at the register she never acknowledged me or offered any assistance. Instead she was on the phone taking additional phone orders. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe I walked in at peak time not really although it was a Sunday at 3pm. After taking her 2 phone orders which took 5 minutes she asked me for my order. I provided her my name and my phone order. She said they were not ready but to give her a few minutes. I canceled my order and walked out. This restaurant is understaffed, not courteous to their customers and their food is not that great. If you want to pay for horrible service, cold food and horrible customer service then this is your place. I would rather spend my money somewhere were I am appreciated and treated as a good client.
