I have been living here in Rockford for years… dealing with the office staff has been a ride. Brenda M. In the office is very delightful and helpful, but on the other hand I will say there is a gentleman that I have reported after trying to deal with him politely and the manager was just as bad. Mr. Darius .. very rude at most times and will not explain anything and always has a attitude. I love Rockford and I will continue to support my city but the office staff SOME need a reality check. That is all.

I reached out to the mayor office and to the mayor to address a situation with a police department which profiles and has been profiling minorities making up charges the DA's office the public defender's office this city is corrupt starting from the top because the mayor do anything I believe that he is politically motivated and that's it and he does not care about the minority's in this town because of what's been going on with his Police Department they don't believe in the Constitution they don't protect the innocent
