Love the barbeque here. Great menu, fast casual. They have peanuts to sample while you wait. There’s a bar here and they are known for a huge selection of bourbons. They also have a large assortment of hot sauces that are open for use that they also sell by the bottle. They used to include a grilled green onion with every entree but too few people ate them so now if you want the onion you need to request it. In the summer they grow heirloom and exotic hot peppers in a patch out front. The owner encourages people to take a few for themselves. Parking is cramped but generally not a problem. Outdoor seating in summer is really nice.

Great barbecue and ribs but I'm hear to tell you about the mozzarella sticks. I swear those mozzarella sticks were the best I've EVER ate. I definitely recommend ordering them. They were so good I got seconds in which I've never done with mozzarella sticks. Didn't give 5 stars because I hated the mac and cheese. Eat here.

The ambiance is great and the food is out of this world. If you love BBQ this is the place to be.

This place has good atmosphere, the service and staff are perfectly good, and the location is good - right by Virginia Square but far enough away that you won't have a big problem parking (and they have their own lot). As far as the food: I really want to like this place but I just have never been blown away. If you are local to the area and are looking for good BBQ, go for it. I haven't tried every place, but I haven't found many that are better. If you are from out of town and you have been blessed to have tried some really great BBQ and are looking for something to compare, you might be let down.

The atmosphere was very good and service was quick. I was there on a crowded night and they moved people through the line quickly. The pulled pork barbecue was disappointing - I thought it was pretty dry. The house barbecue sauce was delicious which is good because I needed to use a lot of it on my sandwich. Would like to go back and try some of the other menu items.
