I paid to have my a.c. system diagnosed. $125. Ok I get it, I need a professional to tell me what's wrong l, but at least I will know exactly what needs to be done to have my a.c. back. He calls and tells me it will $675 to get my system working again. Wow, but ok I need a.c.. he calls to have me pick it up and says "It blows ice cold, but only on the windshield". Umm what? Yea in order to tell you why it will be another $125 diagnostic charge and you'll have to bring it back another day because we close in 2 hours. AND the price is the same. At the end of the day I paid for a diagnostic which I got half of one, paid for a repair which fixed half of my problem, and then blown off because they didn't feel like working the last two hours of the day. I paid a professional price for a handyman repair. Do not go here for anything else other than handyman work or you will leave upset and unsatisfied. Be careful because they will make you pay professional prices. Also don't ask to check the repair before you pay and sign because you have no access to your vehicle before you pay and sign.

These guys are top notch! It took me 40 years of my life to find a mechanic I could trust and depend on.... Rocklin Automotive is my only choice from now on.

They did a crappy Weld job on the back of my exhaust. When I was driving all I heard was metal clanking together

I went in and was quoted $150 for some work, which seemed a fair price. When I returned for my appointment, someone with an attitude, who I assumed was a shop owner, told me that the same job was going to be at least $300. A little confused I left wondering if I somehow offended someone and they simply didn't want my business. I went to another local shop and they jumped at the chance to do the same job, plus a little extra, for... you guessed it, $150.

I foolishly returned 6 months later and asked about a separate issue. They must have remembered me (though they didn't day it) because I was instantly made to feel like an idiot for wanting to do something custom to my car. I quietly left and vowed not to return and not to let my family ever use their services. Tonight I got motivated and decided to tell all of Google about my experience.
