I have been going to Rocklin Family Dental for several years now.  Dr Dubanski is an excellent dentist, he and staff have always been given great care.  He has replaced several crowns as well as many fillings replaced that were done by Army Dentists back in the 90's. In addition, I have several new crowns put in and even a couple root canals.  I especially like the fact they make their own crowns on site, so I usually only have to wait 2 or 3 days for a permanent crown instead of a week.  Again, I have had great experiences being a patient here and would recommend both Dr Dubanski and Dr Lee (she is my wife's dentist) to anyone who asks.

I had high hopes for this place. I hadn’t seen a dentist in sixteen years (when I had my braces removed, after which I moved to a very small town without a good dentist for hundreds of miles), and I was excited to receive their $79 first visit coupon. They told me I had two cavities and needed a deep cleaning, which would cost me nearly $2,000. I was in my final year of college, and had little money of my own. 

I felt like I was bullied into applying for Care Credit, and then signed up for services using it. Because I felt having fillings were important, I decided to go through with it anyway. A few months later, I realized that I might have been gypped for my bill, so I called them and received the

There's nothing more exciting than finally having your anxiety about dental care removed. I love this dental practice! I recommend them to everyone!

I'm so afraid of the dentist and have been my whole life but Dr Lee put me to sleep and the pulling went fine but the aftercare wasn’t great. I'm very unhappy about the parcel she made for me it has never fit right and you would think when you pay that much money the first fitting would be included but no I have to pay over $400.00 and they still don’t fit. Now I have to put out even more money to someone else.

First time at that office, and will definitely be the last. Sounds like a few others had similar negative experiences, due to the same individual. If you want to get ripped off, Then Rocklin Family Dental is definitely for you! Do you have dental insurance? Even better.....They will actually charge you out of pocket for "Costs Not Covered By Your Insurance" Then go behind your back and bill your insurance for the same thing. So know your dental policy in and out prior to appointment, because they will double charge for services, and your insurance wont know that they did this to you. (Unfortunately, I had to report them to the better business bureau for this) So after my checkup, the Dentist office referred me out for a Root Canal? Isn't that the point of being a dentist? To perform those types of procedures in the place your practicing dentistry? Thats like saying your a barber, but you only shampoo the hair, then send your customers to another barber for the actual hair cut. Front Desk and Assistant were nice, thats the only positive I have.
