Walked in and was moved to exam room within 10 minutes for vital by very friendly nurse and saw LVN within 10 minutes.  She listen to my concerns and recommended a prescription and shot.  Was out of there within 45 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and concerned. Great place when you need immediate needs and can not get in the see your regular doctor.

I loved this place!! It's an urgent Care, so you're gonna wait if it's busy. But I just so happened to walk in when there was no one there. I was in and out within 1hr! The doctor and staff were amazing, very compassionate, and explained my condition and what I needed very very well. Absolutely wonderful, and I was on vacation from Washington State! Very very impressed, will definitely go here if I am ever in need again!

I have been to this location numerous times.  The staff is very friendly and helpful! I was there yesterday feeling awful from an ongoing sinus infection and I was in and out in under 30 mins! Best place to go in Rockwall!!!

I have only seen PAs here, do they ever have a medical doctor here? I also haven't met any nurses, just LVNs. The LVN smells like cigarette and I got nauseous from the stench on her hands. I plan to avoid this place as there are better options near by.

Between my son and I, we've been here about 8-10 times. I'd give 5 stars, but there's one doctor that took a star away. First, the doctor we almost always see is great. He's kind of "dry", but I'm not there to socialize, so I don't care much about that. If my kids were young and he was that way with them, I may care more. I don't know his name. He's a white male, around age 37-49 (best guess). There's another doctor I've come across a few times, with a great bedside manner, but I have one problem. Every time I've gone with respiratory problems, including wheezing or a bad cough, he's never done a chest x ray. Usually I'd ask for one, but he's prescribed meds that kept me comfortable until I could get to my primary care Dr. Twice I've had mild pneumonia. He didn't catch it because no chest x ray was done. No harm was done, but I just think, with my history, it would have been a good idea to do them. 
Everything else has been pretty quick, for an urgent care facility, and easy. I'm continuing to go and was there yesterday with my son.
