Peter and his team have been giving me great advice over the years. They are friendly and never short of helpful suggestions.

I have been a regular for several years and almost always have had a great experience. The staff is helpful and will suggest wines if you ask. They tend to assume you know what you are looking for.  They even tasted a wine bought elsewhere to help me understand why I didn't like it!

I moved out of town but still stop by when I get a chance.

I have been a regular customer for almost 2 years....only because I don't drive and they're the only wine shop for miles.

Despite the amount of money I spend and the frequency of my visits, it is one of the frostiest shops going. The prices are regularly 10-15% higher than what you would see at the Westchester Wine Warehouse in White Plains, or at PJ Wines in Manhattan.

They provide no help whatsoever, never ask about a wine you've bought, never make a suggestion. The extent of my years' worth of custom has earned me the coveted "Anything else today?" level of appreciation from the social skills limited owner. 

Always a dispiriting experience. Avoid them.

This is a very nice shop with a very good sellection of wines. I've always found them helpful.
