Love this bank have banked there since 2000 wold NEVER change banks.

Shortening the day time hours to 4:00 PM instead of to 5:00 PM is Not convenient.   The staff are great.   The bank is great on charging a number of exorbitant overdraft fees for each check before information is received to correct the overdraft.  Feedback from the back was basically that's how they make money.  Overall service could be greatly improved.

No service for overdraft protection. If I forget to transfer from savings I'm screwed, even though there is a large amount there.

I think the people that work at the bank are great, but I just don't like having my money in Rocky Mountain Bank. My debit card rarely works (they have to swipe it 10 times before it reads), my account got hacked once, and I don't feel safe putting my money into this bank. I'm moving my money somewhere else.
