I bank at the butte branch and I can say the only thing good about this bank since it merged into Rocky Mountain is the staff. Staff is great, but the bank itself is a different story.

Online banking app never works and for someone who works nights and can't physically make it to the bank during business hours makes it incredibly frustrating and inconvenient to pay bills and check my account. Not impressed

I've received two car loans through them, no issues. I had 0 credit, but they gave great rates, professional, no complaints here. I would recommend for sure.
