They offered me $20 for my grandfathers $10000 watch. Then the lady roled her eyes and laughed when I told her how much it's worth and said "no its not" without even doing one second of research.

The older lady is probably an owner . If not she needs fired. What a bad experience. she tried to screw me out of a $1.50 .Go elsewhere!!!!

I've lived in Durango for 4 months and tried to stop in on some 5 or 6 occasions.  They are never open during advertised hours, I've never seen them open.  on 12/17/16, I called their store and the message said they were open from 10 to 3.  I pull up, the neon sign "GUN" is lit up.  But guess what?  They were closed.  SHOCK!  I know.  Store either doesn't exist anymore or doesn't want your business.  go else where.

I highly recommend this pawn shop. They have a great selection and are not going to try and under cut you. They are honest and fair, now... I will say one of the younger guys I dealt with was on the rude side almost condescending. But that was only one 2 min encounter.
