My family member asked me to go one day so I could see for myself as to what she has been going through. At first I thought she was making it up or maybe misheard and misunderstood thing but to my amazement she was right. The receptionist staff would rather talk about personal life, ignore people  (other than who works there), keep you waiting to check in and have no sense of what it takes to be a PROFESSIONAL. I have sat there with a family member and have heard them even talk about patients . I have seen and heard for myself the conductivity and believe me coming from the medical field myself, I would rather lose my license than ever work for such a medical facility. 
As far as the medical staff, they really need to get it together. In 6 months time my family member saw approximately 4 different doctors or certified physicians. That is way to many changing of doctors. I couldn't even keep up with who was the real overseeing primary doctor. I have never seen such a medical facility run such as this one. 
There needs to be an investigation and a shut down from the front door to the back. 
Makes me wonder if the majority of the people who work there are on some kind of controlled substance since it seems that everyone has mood swings and attitudes. 
Even when we went to see the providing physician it took them about 10 minutes before they even knew what her case was about. They even counted her medicine wrong and almost told her she was short. I was glad I was there. After pointing out the date she got it and that the prior month was 31 days and not 30 she was relieved but as far as the physician lets just say she had a hair linger than Texas across her *÷/ !.
After those past visits with that facility and seeing, hearing, and having to deal with such an escaped I was finally able to encourage her and get her into a more suitable area in Greenville. ( GO PIRATES). Now she is doing better and at least she has one doctor that she sees instead of the multitude of unkowing, clueless, self absorbed, self centered, nasty attitudes she dealt with for years.

They are very expensive, honestly I believe they are ripping people off. I have asked many times for a print out of the whole bill, from day one til his last visit and can never get one. They always print the last visit. I have never seen a print out of the bill. One where they charge, the insurance adjustment and the final payment for any visit. They are always vague about the charges. Would not recommend them to anyone. Not to mention I know others who have been there and have the same problem as we have and they have gone to another Dr. Now also.

Wish I could give this a negative but they don't allow you to do that been a patient there since 2012 never had a positive urine test for anything other than I was supposed to be taking.but one pill short in seven six years and they drop you because one Dr after having open heart surgery told me to take pills at a different rate than they wanted.such crooks.

If I could give a zero star I would.  This place is a joke.  The staff especially front desk is horrible.  I had been seeing Emily for 3 years.  No failed drug test no canceled appt always on time.  Got a call from little wrench at front desk changing my appt bc Emily would not be there so when I go in for my appt my husband with me Emily says she doesn’t know y my appt was changed bc she was there n was not out of office. When I go to checkout the little wrench was helping patient and I ask the lady that was helping me if there is ever change in appt to plz schedule me for mornings and that Emily didn’t know y appt was changed.  Wrench jumps in conversation n starts arguing with me about it. Then runs down to Emily’s office n holds door from outside so I couldn’t speak to Emily. NOW THAT IS THE MOST CHILDISH THING I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A DR OFFICE.  Less than week later got generic letter dismissing me from practice.  NOW I WAS ON AN OPIOID MED N THEY NEVER WEINED ME OFF NO TAPER PACK NO NOTHING. thankfully I have a wonderful dr that did take all steps to taper me off. THIS PLACE COULD PUT PPL IN HOSPITALS DUE TO THERE IRRESPONSIBLE PRACTICES. I LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE REGARDING INCIDENT N STILL NO CALL. SO IF YOU VALUE UR HEALTH N LIFE STAY AWAY
