Always a great experience at Rocky River Urgent Care. They get me in and out at a very reasonable price. So much better than waiting for HOURS at the ER. The staff is friendly and supportive. Thank you RRUC!

This place was great. Walk in, fill out simple paperwork, get vitals taken, then in to see the doctor. The doctor was very concerned with my comfort during the visit. I have no insurance, and was still in and out faster and less expensive than if i had gone to a local ER. Very satisfied. If circumstances arise again I would prefer RRUC over the hospitol.

Big waste of time and money! When I arrived at Rocky River Urgent Care Center 5 months ago, all they cared about was getting paid. They required me to pay up front even though I had insurance. The worst part was the lack of interpersonal skills of the physician. He acted as though he didn't want to be at work. He barely said 2 words to me. He didn't explain anything, and provided no diagnosis! He did however, quickly prescribe antibiotics and a narcotic cough suppressant. He didn't care about me as a patient. I was herded like cattle. I'm still in shock how little they cared. Update: The owner saw my post and contacted me to apologize. He sincerely cared that things didn't go well. He took the time to find out which Physician had made my experience a bad one. Hopefully he can get this Dr. (unnamed) to see that patients need to be treated with respect and a little empathy would go along way to their recovery. Thank you

Everyone was very nice from nurses to Dr. They were very busy but everyone was professional and got through to all patients. Everytime I go there, doc is super helpful.
