Rocky Rooter Rocks!
That pretty much sums it up, I have been using RR for years. I deal with Jeff, he is professional, courteous, and most importantly knows his stuff! He has replaced faucets, cleared stoppages (mainline and mystery stoppages under my house), replaced and re-routed water lines to my kitchen. Jeff is honest and his pricing has always been fair. He tries his best to get to you asap and has great communication if he gets hung up and will be running later than he said he would. This is a GREAT find in an industry full of turds! Call Rocky Rooter with the confidence that the job will be done, right, and for a fair price!

Own property out here in California and received a tenant emergency issue that required immediate attention. I really appreciate how Jeff handled the situation by prioritizing us first and taking initiative. I'm very pleased how he didn't take advantage since many businesses would take advantage of customers toward emergency situations. He is very trustworthy and will explain what happened and how he resolved it. His prices are beyond fair and he gets the job done. He even gave us a 15% discount!

Jeff came to my mom's house in Irvine twenty minutes after we called for an emergency on a late sunday night before thanksgiving week. He treated her (and us) with patience and compassion. After careful thought and discussion, he helped come up with a plan and arrived early the next morning to fix our problem. More than reasonable prices, wonderful personal touch. Would recommend to anyone. thank you Jeff!!
