Purchased a Stihl chainsaw and used it for ten minutes. It instantly started to smoke. I brought it back the next day and Jerry and the manager Mike would not consider replacing it or even fixing it citing user error. There was no user error and clearly the chainsaw was defective. After a decade of shopping there I'm forced to go elsewhere. Enjoy the chainsaw Jerry and Mike. I'm happy Stihl is able to keep their 300 dollars after less than 10 minutes of using their product. The big guys win again. Good job Jerry and Mike! Way to keep your customers in mind!

Good selection in a pinch, but poor hours and very expensive, most things are 10-30% more expensive then they should be. This would be fine if the service was good, staff was well trained, and hours were good, but they are only 'ok' with all these attributes...

Went here for the first time to get snow melt back during the horrible winter of 2015. I can always find some informative staff here to help me make the right decisions. They have everything you need for home maintenance and supplies. I got what I needed to do a 2 bucket car wash here. They have Stoner Invisible glass which is what I use on my car. Lot of great outdoor equipment here and cleaning supplies at good prices. This is also very accessible with a sizable parking lot which really helps.

Rocky's is a good place to go for one or two items and when I don't feel like dealing with the hassle of a larger store like Home Depot or Lowe's. Plus, they do have sales that make it worth the trip. I find the staff both friendly and helpful. Parking can be a little difficult depending on the day and time you go but that's not the fault of the store.

I can find most anything I need. Advice is spotty at times. Staff is not as knowledgeable as I would prefer.
